Pre-Ordered items will be dispatched once they are completed and inspected for durability and quality. We have begun manufacture of all closure items. Pre-orders will begin to be dispatched at the end of this month (February). Pre-orders will work on a first come first serve basis. Pre-Orders received earlier on in the sale are more likely to be dispatched sooner. Please note that dates are subject to change and there is no guarantee that your item will be dispatched and received on an exact date. However, we are working very hard to get ALL items dispatched ASAP. You can check this link for regular updates on Pre-Order dispatch timescales:

Delivery Information

UK Orders

All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail. Once an order has been placed you will be provided with a tracking number; delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days. All items will require a signature upon delivery. Items delivered when no one is home to sign for the order may then be taken to the local delivery office for collection by the customer.

International Orders (Outside UK)

All international orders (outside the UK) are sent via royal mail Airsure. The package will be transferred to your local delivery service upon entering the destination country. All international orders will be provided with a tracking number.​Times may vary. A signature will be required upon delivery. Delivery takes approximately

  • working days after posting to Western Europe
  • working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
  • 10 working days after posting to the Rest of the World


All non-pre-order items are likely to be dispatched ASAP and must be cancelled within 1 hour after the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. To cancel your order please complete this form within the correct time frame:

Return Policy

Due to hygienic reasons, returns cannot be accepted for items. These are rules and regulations we as a hair company have to adhere to. PLEASE Check item specifications carefully before purchase. Contact us if anything is unclear. We cannot take responsibility for customer negligence. All items dispatched are thoroughly checked and are in pristine condition. If an error is made please contact us immediately to resolve the issue; using the contact page located at the bottom of the page or email us at info@HClosures.comAny item returned to us without a case number which demonstrates our prior confirmation and approval will be disregarded.
